Gothic punk prog with psychedelic meanderings and banshee-esque vocals from Nicki Sarzi of the Skinbat Scramble/The Ghost Lilacs. Much more of a mid 70s bi-polar collision of slower, acoustic/electric tinged epic laments for lost paradises against proto-punk delirious musical dashes to the pub peppered with brief interludes of psychedelic/jazz morphing. Not available on iTunes.

Back to the strung-out, guitar-led early 70s type psychedelic meanderings of "Last/First", with more dark, dusky vocals from Nicki Sarzi, an acoustic number and 3 or 4 near-prehistoric psychedelic/early prog instrumentals. Think The White Album-meets-This Mortal Coil-meets-one of Ray Harryhausen's monsters taking guitar lessons from Duane Allman without a ukulele and you are nearly there yet still quite far away. This is The Glo-Pilots' last studio album and has been 7 years in the making.
